於是叫我translate做中文...但係我d英文半桶水...好多睇唔明...我驚佢俾人呃...所以希望大

4. INTENT
(a)This Agreement shall outline all terms and conditions of employment.
It shall operate to the exclusion of all other agreements.
(d)The parties acknowledge that no extra claims will be made during the
term of this Agreement.
5. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
5.2 Full time employment
(b)The employee shall take meal, or rest, breaks as agreed between the
parties and shall have regard to workload
5.7 Notice of Termination
(a) The Employment Agreement may be terminated on any day by the employee giving four (4) week’s notice to the employer or by the employer giving four (4) week’s notice or payment in lieu thereof as the case may be.
(i) More than 1 year’s service, but less than 3 years 5 weeks
More than 3 years service, but less than 5 years 6 weeks
More than 5 years service 8 weeks
(ii) Where an employee is 45 years of age, or older, and has been continuously employed by the Company for at least 2 years, one extra week’s notice or payment in lieu is required.<-----即係點??
(b) A reduced period of notice may be accepted when agreed between all parties concerned. At any time, however, the Company Management may by notice in writing summarily terminate the employment of the Employee under this Agreement if the Employee:
(v) Refuses or neglects to comply with any lawful and reasonable request by the Employer, or any other person duly authorized by the Employer
(vii) Is convicted of an indictable offence;
(viii) Becomes a patient or an infirmed under the appropriate legislation or is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be of unsound mind or mentally ill.
(c) If an Employee fails to give the required period of notice, or having given or been given the required notice, leaves the Company before the end of the notice period without acceptance, the Employee shall forfeit the entitlement to any monies owing to the Employee under the Agreement, except to the extent where those monies exceed the amount of compensation instead of notice that would apply for an equivalent period of notice.
11. Anti-discrimination Provisions
(b) any dispute concerning these provisions and their operation will be processed initially under the dispute resolution procedure in this Agreement; and
(c) nothing in these provisions allows any treatment that would otherwise be prohibited by anti-discrimination provisions in applicable Commonwealth, State or Territory legislation; and
(d) nothing in these provisions prohibits:
(i) any discriminatory conduct (or conduct having a
discriminatory effect) if;
(ii) the Employee is a member of staff of an institution that
is conducted in accordance with the doctrines, tenets, beliefs or teachings of a particular religion or creed; and
(iii) the conduct was in good faith to avoid injury to the religious susceptibilities of that religion or creed.
11.3 DISPUTE RESOLUTION
(f) Except in the instance of a bona fide safety issue, work shall continue normally in accordance with the custom and practice existing before the dispute arose, while discussions take place to resolve the issue

(viii) Becomes a patient or an infirmed under the appropriate legislation or is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be of unsound mind or mentally ill. -- 由於樓主你無擺個完整version出黎, 我無辦法解俾你聽乜野事...我估呢段只係講僱員如果真係享僱主合理合法的要求下拒絕0個個要求, 上到court時有d乜野辯解
