唔識請唔好亂講. 先同樓主講聲對唔住先,太耐冇check 呢個區..依家都太遲
but i just want to make sure people who read this post later don't get the wrong idea about "early decision"
early decision has nothing to do with registering with class.
basically, if you apply to a college under early decision, you will receive the acceptance(or rejection, i hope not) earlier than people who don't. The catch is that if you get accepted, you MUST go to that college, even if other college you applied (and you want to go to) accepts you.
A few things:1. Admission standards for early admission are lower. So yes, it's easier to apply that way but you have to apply earlier. Read the hk-english - 申請美國的大學一問
A few things:
1. Admission standards for early admission are lower. So yes, it's easier to apply that way but you have to apply earlier. Read the admission form and figure out whether they want you not to apply for/accept another school.
2. U admission is very tough right now, esp. in the U.S. Many students who counted on going to top-notch schools end up going to their "safe choices".
3. Tougher admission standards for Asians in general. Univs. like to save admission spots for blacks, minorities, athletes, etc. etc. :54:
